Heard you on NPR talking about the mysterious veggie at Chinese Rest. in Red Hook. Have been to Red Hook, and never heard of “Golden Wok”…sounds interesting. Plan to be up there again over Thanksgiving weekend. Where exactly is it? Like to give it a try. Also, are they open Xmas Day?…I’m Jewish, and that’s my tradition!

It's right in the middle of town. Call them up and ask them if they're open Christmas. Nice people.
